Get to Know Dr. Ritter

Dr. Matthew Ritter has been practicing in the field of Optometry since graduating from Ohio State in 2002. He splits his time between working at the Cincinnati Eye Institute’s glaucoma clinic and local private practices in Blue Ash and Deerfield Township. He is certified by the International Board of Optometric Examiners in the treatment and management of ocular disease.

Dr. Ritter has served with Matthew 25 Ministries to provide vision care to storm victims outside of the United States. He is actively involved in his church and community, and has coached hundreds of kids in various athletics. When not assisting patients with their vision, you would likely find him outdoors on a ball field or volleyball court. As a lifelong resident of the great state of Ohio, he cherishes all things Buckeyes. Dr. Ritter lives in Maineville with his wife Sara and four children.
